What personal information do we collect?
Personal Information includes information about an identifiable individual. Personal Information does not include your name, business address and business contact information, such as your business title, or phone number, which you provide to us for business purposes. Signal Hill Digital Law generally collects Personal Information that you voluntarily provide, but we may collect information from third parties and on behalf of our clients where you have provided consent, or otherwise as permitted or required by law. We may also collect information through our website.
Use and Disclosure of Personal Information
Signal Hill Digital Law collects, uses and discloses Personal Information primarily to establish client relationships, provide advice and legal and other services to clients and prospective clients, in order to authenticate you, administrative and relationship management purposes, the development of programs (including seminars and other events) that may be of interest to you, the marketing of Signal Hill Digital Law services and events, to meet our insurance requirements and to communicate with our insurers and as otherwise permitted or required by law. Marketing communications are of course optional, and you will be provided every opportunity to be removed from such distributions.
